Hi there, any of you applying to the fall 2011 program?

That's great! I hope others that accept positions elsewhere are curtious enough to continue checking so that they can decline their spot as well.

Thanks! Not there yet, but hopefully I don't stay on 2 forever. I have my UTMB test tomorrow and June 1. I want to skip it so bad, but can not since I don't have a spot with ACC yet. Keeping fingers crossed. I am going crazy checking the site every 10 seconds lol :uhoh3:

Thank you! I really hope so. I know College of the Mainland is giving out notices the week of June 6th they said. When is Wharton sending theirs out? I only put in for Alvin, because I have Process Technology Chemistry not regular Chemistry and a lot want you to have Medical Terminology too which I don't have.

Someone just posted in a different forum that they got their Galveston College acceptance letter in the mail today, so hopefully I will get a spot with Alvin now. Fingers crossed!!!!!!

Ok guys I purchased the uniform that we are using for clinicals. The pants are regular blue scrub pants and the top is a weird button up, v neck scrub type deal. The lab coat is even weirder. It's not your typical labcoat, this one has a rounded neck to it. What happened to the cool polo tops that acc nursing students wore once upon a time? Oh well I guess I can't complain too much. I am just super glad I got accepted and am so ready to start!

Did you buy one or two of the scrub sets? I was thinking about getting two but not sure if I should :-/ do they have alot available in stock??

I only bought one. I think they only want us to buy one because of the number of patches available. I am sure you can ask. I didn't want to pay over 100. I wouldn't say that they have a lot but they have some. You will purchase your scrubs and then leave the coat and top there so they can so the patches.

Any body look at the femal scurbs? Are they button up as well? I am buying two sets. I'm so excited to go to orientation on July 7th!!! This is such a wonderful opertunity. :) How's the wait list looking dj22?
