Oh ok, I took stats at the hardin valley location and I can't remember My professor's name, I think it started with a B? it was an older woman with grey and black hair? Anyway, she was THE BEST!!!!! She made it seem so simple!!! I pulled a B+ with her! and Micro I took at the magnolia campus...It was a struggle but I passed! LOL

I'm also an alternate on the LPN bridge and the traditional. I didn't think I had a shot until I found this thread.

@knd82350 Congrats for being accepted on the alternate list as well!! I didn't know you get be on both alternate lists though? Why would you have to be on the traditional waiting list if you're already an LPN? Seems like it would be a much shorter list on the bridge rather than traditional??

I know! The guy over the bridge program told me sometimes if when their full (I think it's a very small class)they will put you on the alternate list or offer you a seat in the traditional program. Which they did. Of course I perfer the bridge. I just wish we knew our alternate number!

Everyone that was on the alternate list in my class was selected. Our class accepted 50 people. There were at least 15 on the alternate list. I was not one of them.

Well I did happen to ask the Assistant for the nursing office an approximate number of people that were on the alternate list and she said 80-90!!!!! I'm like whaaaat???!!! Now I really feel discouraged? So hopefully all of us that are on that alternate list get accepted! She did send an email last week stating they would be emailing the nursing packet (things needed over the summer) by this week..But for alternates not to complete any of them unless were called and told we have a spot....I think Roane state has already sent out there acceptance letters?? I think Walter's state sends theirs out in June though...So hopefully we all know something either way really soon!!

Roane State acceptance letters went out this week! There is a guy in my speech class that got it at Roane and at Pellissippi! He's so lucky lol!

He told me he hasn't decided on which one he want to attend!

Yeah one of my friends told me her cousin got her acceptance letter from Roane about a week ago as well!! Hopefully they will start sending pellissippi decline to accept letters! lol I'm praying for the best for all of us!!!! Atleast we know that something should be shifting soon!

I seen this posted on their Facebook site :

If you were admitted to the PSCC nursing program for the fall of 2015 and have not yet submitted your intent to enroll form, you have until 5 pm today, Tuesday, April 7 to do so. Those letters were sent to you via email. Check your spam file. They were sent to the email you provided on your application. If your acceptance is not received today, your slot will be given to a person on the alternate list.

so I imagine the traditional alternates will be getting calls soon!
