I'm a registered nurse from the Philippines and passed the local board exam last June 2006. Eventually, I took the retake last June 2007 and passed it. I have applied for NCLEX last July/August 2007 in New Jersey, passed the application requirements, criminal history background (fingerprint card) and payments in their BON. My CGFNS CES Report was sent to NJ BON and also to me as a personal copy even before I had my IELTS exam. So, it was declared that my english exam evaluation for the CES report was suspended. I took the IELTS last December '07 and passed it. Once I got my IELTS result, I passed it as soon as possible and even e-mailed CGFNS and asking them to notify me if they received it and forwarded to NJ BON. And they did notify me about this matter. But, as months passed without receiving any application status from NJ BON, I e-mailed them. When I got a reply from their office, they said that they still haven't received my english report. So, I clarified this to CGFNS, which in turn answered me that they have already forwarded it to NJ BON. I still don't know what to do about it. If it was true that NJ didn't receive my english report, so, what do I have to do now since I'm stuck 'cause I have inquired these to both agencies twice already and they still give me the same answer? Do I have to get another report issued from CGFNS to be sent to NJ BON just to settle it? And, also NJ BON told me that I have to register in Pearson/Vue for my ATT. I'm confused by this. Do I still need to wait for my ATT and eligibility before I register to Pearson/Vue? Also, how long does New Jersey send back eligibility and ATT for international RNs? Please I need some help badly.

I would ask CGFNS to send another copy to the BON. BON no longer give ATT it is done by Pearsonvue once they received the OK from BON

Thanks for the reply and clarification. So, do I need to wait for a mail from Pearsonvue to allow me to register or once I register successfully in the site, that already means that BON gave the signal for my ATT? Because the person I contacted before in NJ BON asked me if I already registered in Pearsonvue and I said no since I don't know how it works.
You have to register with pearsonvue and once they have received the OK from BON they will email or mail, depending on option you give them, your ATT and then you can arrange to sit the exam. Your pearsonvue account is valid for 12 months and I think the processing times for NJ is approx 4 months, saying that you know they have most of your stuff and only 1 thing is outstanding so may process sooner

Jersey is very sloooooow when it comes to processing. I don't know about processing for people outside the US but i know that when it comes to people here, they are the slowest, followed by Delaware. So don't lose hope yet, hopefully they should get back to you.

And you are not applying for the NCLEX exam, it is actually impossible to do, but you are applying for licensure as an RN. As you are well aware of, you need to meet the requirements for licensure in order to be able to sit for that exam.
And for others that are reading here, it is always much better to have all requirements completed before submitting for the CES as well.
