All new LPN students

hello everyone!!!

i start school on jan 26th, and i can hardly wait. i am starting this thread for all new lpn students who would like to share their first day of school with everyone else who is waiting anxiously for their day to come. you can give such info as what to do to prepare, what to expect and etc. i know other new students are eager to know just as much as i am. so thank you in advance, and good luck.

Sounds like your first day went well, how many books did you get? I keep hearing you get tons and tons of books.

The first day we got three books, and then we got a another two today. There are way more books to recieve, but I think my teacher will give them to us as we start each subject. I finished my first week today I have studied more in the past four days then I have in years. I literally studied 4-5 hrs each night. My first test is on Tuesday then another one on Wednsday. There is so much information to take in. I am in the process of trying to create effective study habits. As intense as it is I love it :redbeathe

I start nursing school on Feb 2nd and I cant wait. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I know how hard this is going to be but it will be worth it in the end. I hope all of you all's classes are going well.
