While taking a break from studying for finals, I just realized that I am finished with my pre-requisites for 5 of the schools I am applying to! (All told, I will apply to 9 ABSN programs this year. The other 4 classes require a Nutrition class that I will complete this Fall.) That means I can actually -gulp- START applying!! It took 2 years to get to this point and I am both excited and nervous for the start of the next chapter. How about you???
I'm almost done with my prereqs too and I have yet to decide which program I want to apply to. How come you're choosing ABSN over direct-entry MSN etc? I would like some opinons and advices if you may. thank you!
I took the HESI and finished my pre-reqs just last week. I am so happy and hardly know what to do with myself! I'm waiting for my start date. In the meantime, I will take the two classes that I haven't taken that are not pre-reqs, nor are they nursing classes, but they are part of the curriculum. That will leave only nursing classes for me to take, which I hope will make things a tad bit easier.
Good luck to everyone and congrats on getting to this point.

Hi, I'm new to this and I was reading everyone's post. Just curious, what schools are you applying to?? I'm applying to HCC and SPC but not sure where else to apply? I'm trying to get everything done by at least the end of spring semester 2013 and I want to make sure I know all my options. Thank you.
