Albany State University (ASU) Fall 2024 HCP to RN bridge program

Hello, 

I created this forum for individuals who have applied to Albany State University Fall 2024 HCP to RN bridge program. The deadline is June 1 and I am sure we are all waiting on our acceptance letter/email 

@Bell30 OK it will work out for you . I keep getting lots of miscommunication about credit transfers. I knew about science courses expiring just learned about English today when I called. I was told you wouldn't have to retake the course it just wouldn't be counted in your GPA. I'm trying to get in the Spring 2025 cohort.

So you applied to the hybrid or evening? 
Those the programs that start in the Spring , right?

@Bell30 I haven't applied yet I got accepted into Albany Tech went to orientation yesterday didn't get a good vibe after several negative reviews. I went to satisfy my own curiosity and meh. I can't let anyone rain on what God has for me. I also applied at MGA waiting on an acceptance. Central Ga Tech accepted me into the LPN program orientation on 8/8 but I have more courses towards RN. My TEAS score is 87.3

Wowww! That's a great TEAS score!!! I went to Albany tech for my lpn "I failed out" so glad I did. Just my own experience I did not like it! Teachers weren't helpful at all!! Horrible experience for me. I did hear about central ga tech.  I'm leaning more towards cvcc in Phenix city now though .

That's weird they said that your class was over 10yrs and they didn't count it because they counted one of my bad grades from over 10 yrs ago and said they count every attempt. So dropped my GPA to low from a class that was taken in  2013.

Good morning, ladies! The same lady who asked me to send my ATI transcript a couple weeks ago asked me to resubmit them because they showed up horizontally, which is weird because they show vertically on my end. Anywho, I sent a PDF to her with all my ATI history. Has anyone else heard anything back? This is getting unbearable!
