Hello,
I created this forum for individuals who have applied to Albany State University Fall 2024 HCP to RN bridge program. The deadline is June 1 and I am sure we are all waiting on our acceptance letter/email
@futurenurseholly I pray to god that I get in. I live in central Georgia and I'll be driving an hour away. My goal is to get into Cordele. I know you must be soooooo proud of yourself as you should be.
@futurenurseholly what was the title/heading of the acceptance email? When does school begin? When is orientation?
Title said ASU nursing application decision. They also sent me an email asking for my TEAS score yesterday. In which I already uploaded and had paid ATI to send over. Orientation is Aug 20 at 9am.
Thank you! Did u hear anything yet?
@futurenursehollythank you so much. Now I know what to look for. My stomach is in knots and I don't know what to do LOL. I truly hope I hear something tomorrow.
Lawdddd, I can't take this! It doesn't seem like they have a uniform way of sending info. Some people have gotten denials, some approvals, some asking for TEAS that's already been sent, some nothing. UGH! I need an update ASAPPPP.
My GPA is a 2.9 and I made a 74 on TEAS. I've taken all my core classes.
I don't know how to reply to people LOL but holly no I didn't. They said my GPA didn't meet the requirements, but I don't agree .
it stated on the information page for the bridge program that if you've completed all your classes it would be included in your GPA, so I'm not understanding why it wasn't included. I did email them about that though . I just went back and looked again... it doesn't make sense to me .
@Autumn Sianna They sent me an email through the school email and said they needed my TEAS results verification. I had already paid to have them electronically sent, but I still sent it again (via email). They told me I had until today to send that. Since then, I haven't heard anything else.

Thanks so much! I honestly didn't think I was going to get accepted this year. I already got denied at Central Ga Tech back in April but I was hopeful. God always has a plan! GPA 3.2 TEAS 68. With your GPA you've got to get in. I was told beginning of this week that they accept 50 for each campus. That's actually a lot compared to other schools around. May I ask where everyone is from/driving from? I'll be around 2 hrs away in Loganville.
