I created this forum for individuals who have applied to Albany State University Fall 2024 HCP to RN bridge program. The deadline is June 1 and I am sure we are all waiting on our acceptance letter/email 

They sent it to my school email. I hope so!! Best of wishes to everyone.

I unfortunately didn't get in they said my GPA was too low even though I asked them before I applied if I met the required nursing GPA  and they told me it was good. Wish you all the best of luck!

@LPTORN3 I am beyond excited. I pray to God all of us get in and we find out tomorrow by lunchtime. Or at least before we leave work. Positive vibes to every single person and I look forward to everyone providing an update.

I didn't get in. I was missing more courses than 1. (2)  thought I just had to have the core that was listed to calculate the nursing GPA. I'm OK I will work on other schools ! Best of luck to you all. I was checking my personal email and realized they sent it to the school email. Let me know how you guys do and congrats to everyone who does get in 💖💖✨🌟🌟🌟

Hey y'all. I didn't get in either 🥺. So how they calculated the GPA none of the classes that I took was calculated. I was finished with all my classes, but don't quote me "as I remember" someone from the nursing department told me A&P 1 & 2 and English 1 I had Cs - so that hurt my GPA . I was sad , and I did cry LOL but I just have to keep pushing. I'm just not in the mental space to take classes over when I'm done with all my pre reqs. I'm applying to another program for Spring. So hopefully I get in that one. 
 

I really hope and pray the rest of yall receive good news and congratulations in advance..

They told me the same thing. My GPA was good for the program. But

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear some of you didn't get in. It will come for you guys!

Has anyone received an acceptance letter? I only see people replying that they didn't get in. I haven't gotten any more updates.

@LPNTORN3  I am soooo sorry to everyone who receives the unfortunate news. But please please forgive me for asking, when did you guys get the notice? I didn't hear anything or see anything on my email as of yet.

I got my email last night around 8pm. That was the time on my email 

but the date on the letter was June 21st... 

 

I really hope you get good news though .

Hello everyone! I've been stalking all nurses for quite some time and thankful I found this forum! I just received my acceptance email around 1030am today. I'll be at the Cordele campus too. Still quite a drive for me but better than Albany. Anyone get an acceptance email/letter?

@futurenurseholly hi. I would like to congrats and I am soooo happy for you. I haven't heard anything yet. If you don't mind me asking, what was your GPA and your TEAS. My GPA is 3.69 and my TEAS is 71 I believe. 
 

@Bell30 and @ jasminea_19 this is only the beginning for you guys. One small setback is literally only the start of a major comeback. This is a forum of pure support. Please feel free to lean on any of us if need be.
