Air Force nursing FQ FY 2018

Hey everyone. I'm applying for a critical care slot for FY 2018 and was wondering if there is anyone else going through the application process?

Specializes in Adult Critical Care.

There are 3 different selection statuses: select, waitlist (you're given an alternate number: alt 1, alt 2, etc), and non-select. People who are on the waitlist but don't fill someone's spot can apply for the next board. Non-selects need to wait a year.

You can apply for a different field of nursing. For example, if I'm not selected for CC this board I'm applying for the feb board for clinical. But I cannot reapply for CC until next fiscal year. At least that is how it has been explained to me.

Well, 109 people were selected and It's "Next week".... So, has anyone heard any word on results yet?

Anxiously waiting for the call! Praying to hear good news soon. But my recruiter said to expect a "natural 2 week delay since that's a lot of applicants to match assignments and COT."

And they probably will! Specially to dual military! The wait is exciting/nerve wracking! í ½í¸© Hopefully, we will know soon!
