Ahpra registration

Published

Hi nurses! Can someone help me please. I just read that all supporting documents in ahpra application should be in A4 size. All my certified docmuents are in long size bond paper. Is ahpra strict about this and what is the guidelines in certifyig my documents. Thank you!

@jcborr. I am not sure but think about it. Isn't these institutions must send directly to AHPRA as instructed? And if you were given the original and took that responsibility to mail. Isn't it prudent to mail it separately as both are separate entity? Best to follow their instructions.

Can I send my accreditation letters (from ched and school ) in 1 DHL?

Yes, I enclosed mine in one envelop/pouch with the other documents except those coming from PRC but they were in sealed envelops with the university and ched's letterhead.

Hi!!! I already sent my ahpra application. Thank you for the help! Any tips for my next steps to save time. Thanks! :)

Check out the requirements for ANMAC assessment. I presume that you intend to apply for PR after getting registered.

Have the documents scanned (600dpi) and keep them in a safe place or in the cloud so you can access them anytime.

Thank you for the help! I received my letter of referral to a bridging school in less than 2 months :) Im planning to apply at ACN.

@simplyclaudia hello, i am applying for BP my school already sent my docs 2 months ago as well as my cogs, but i did not make it to send my AGOS 40 after that. I am planning to send my AGOS 40 now, My question is, will ahpra still have my docs or are they still going to accept my docs that i already sent 2 months ago for my registration. Even though there is a 2 month gap in sending my AGOS 40?

Hello @jcborr. How’s your application now? Were you able to get a slot in ACN for 2019 BP? In which date you enrolled? I just recently received referral letter from ahpra for bridging program too. And I am planning to enrol the September intake.

@samsammy17 hello. You should’ve sent all your documents along with the AGOS40 as it was instructed there to attach the supporting documents needed on each section. Just try to send your AGOS40 on the same address where you sent your school docs and cogs, but I guess they won’t keep it for that long. Moreover, you must have all your school documents be certified by a notary public officer prior sending to Ahpra.
