Accreditation from school, cogs from prc, ichc reference page, proof of identity, cv, academic qualifications, recency of practice, english language test, certificate of employment, cv and other supporting documents are the things I needed to complete. Hello! Thank you for helping me out this means a lot to me. You've inspired me to review the application process and I have a few questions left. Do I have to request my university to send a copy of my transcript to ahpra and certificate of good standing from prc to ahpra the same time i send my application or request them after i send my application? Yes, my cv is ready based on the ahpra's format, I have my fit2work reference number already. And I resized all my documents to A4 and notarization is on process. You're a blessing to me.

I was just very confused because my friend has an agency and she was asked to resize all documents to A4 and copy it to a long paper so that the notary be in front. They emphasized that its important that the notary be in front. She already passed all her papers and I was asking for her help. I think Im going for your advice. It just makes sense. Hehe. Btw, do you have any advice what state should I send my application?

I have no agent and Ive been processing this myself. I already spent too much on notarization and still I couldnt get it right. I read the guidelines of ahpra but nothing states where to put the notarization.

Hi! Appreciate your reply! :) Is it safe to resize all my docs in A4 then photocopy it on long size so that I have a space for my notarizarion in front? Or is it just A4 then let it be notarized at the back. Thank you so much!

Hi nurses! Can someone help me please. I just read that all supporting documents in ahpra application should be in A4 size. All my certified docmuents are in long size bond paper. Is ahpra strict about this and what is the guidelines in certifyig my documents. Thank you!
