Agency and hospital filing green card

Hello, I am an international student and be will be graduating this December. Please I need some advice on how to find agencies or hospitals that file for green card for nurses. Thank you.

Maybe a nice American man willing to sponsor you into marriage. That's probably the quickest most sure way.
