The fee for the nursing license is normally paid for when you apply to the state in the first place, you normally do not pay another fee.

I didn't have to pay any other fee- bar the $7.95, or whatever it was, to see if I passed on the Pearson site (this is, of course, optional)

If you endorse to another State then there will be a fee involved but otherwise shouldn't cost you any more.
