We just started in on the skeletal systems, with a practical next week, and will start muscles right after that. For the skull bones I was able to find an awesome little skull model (even my professor was impressed by the detail), which was SO helpful.
Has anyone ever found a skeletal/muscle model that was affordable and decent?
Thanks!
In case anyone is looking for a skull, here is the link.

I am not sure about an actual model, but, I used Google Body (Google Zygote) which is free online. It is a virtual 3D model of the human body (male & female options) that provides 3D models of the skeletal system, muscles, and organs. You might find that of assistance until you can get your hands on an actual model.

Have you tried biodigital.com? It's a free Web practice skeleton that you can rotate 360°.

I bought "mr thrifty" from a bookstore associated with a teaching hospital. He's also available on amazon.
I also bought a brain and a skull.
My kids and I named them Skully and Mr Boyle. That was about 4 years ago!! Time flies!!!!
