New list for Federal Skilled Workers for Permanent residency for Canada and nurses both RN and LPN are not on it this time around. Anyone thinking of going this route will have to rethink their plans and look at other options.

you can try the provincial nominee programs or the temporary workers permit. but you need a job offer for this.

then they have to secure an LMO. But I guess even that will be tougher than ever.

Getting a LMO will be tough as the government is making changes but yes job offer means finding a employer willing to go through the process. A lot will also depend on the province as well

There isn't much you can do....there is no demand for nurses. It is That simple.

we are not saying that you "drop" your dream of migrating to Canada. what we are saying is, you will face a lot of difficulties achieving your dreams. it's still up to you whether you want to pursue it or not.
