Advice needed. Piecing pain in my heart

I am having a piecing pain in my heart. It start has been for over years. Yesterday was the worst, it felt as if my heart cramped. I stood motionless for 5 - 12 seconds and when it was all over, my rate of breathing increase for a while as i gasp for oxygen.

At present, i am still feeling the sensation of it coming again. I am not active since i got the piecing heart yesterday. I feel so weak and even speaking is difficult. I feel a little piecing pain in my heart frequently since yesterday.

I do consume alcohol, cigarette and coffee on a regular basis.
