Hi all,
I was looking for info about advancement opportunity as well as raise schedule for RN's in north east Ohio. How often are RN's evaluated and eligible for raises? Do advancement opportunities seem plentiful or scarce?
This is in regard to CC, UH, VA.
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure they added years to the 30 for new people. For many of us it is 30 years or age 62. That all has changed also. I will have almost full coverage. About 1/3 of our staff can retire at age 51-53.
Our tuition is $5000, it went up since the last time I checked. I got both my degrees using tuition reimbursement with very little out of pocket. You just owe time after you graduate or you get a bill to pay it back.
