I am a new graduate nurse. I am so tired to apply every where with no luck. I have even applied to jobs that are 2 hours away from me. It is hard to be patient especially with no background experience. Anyone has some advice?

Just keep trying. Not just hospitals. LTC, dialysis units, corrections. DFW is oversaturated with new grads from what I've read posted here. Prayers for some luck your way
Also, do not go to home health/home care. Any company that would hire a new grad is very questionable. you need to be able to make independent decisions without any support. The company that hires an inexperienced nurse doesnt care about said nurse keeping their license

Thank you. I was wondering on some of those places too.
