They won't accept the online course. It has to be in person, and has to be AHA approved.

You can do a hybrid course, but the actual CPR training must be done in person or else they will not accept it.

Yes, I forgot to mention that it has to be done through American Heart Association. If you haven't already, I'd recommend scheduling it ASAP as many of the classes only take very few appointments at a time due to covid. The deadline for submitting applications is Monday 2/15. Good luck!

I did mine in person. I am not sure about if they would accept online because a instructor would typically watch you do skills on a dummy to ensure knowledge and skill in a real life situation

Yay! Good luck! I'm trying to work as much as I can in the case that I do get accepted, I'll at least have money saved and bills paid before dropping to part time. Did you put 2 campuses down (a 1st choice and 2nd choice)?

Yayyyy so excited for everyone! I am retaking my HESI tommrow! for a higher A&P grade, pray for meee! But I have applied to another school that starts in May and plan to down size as well! So once I kind of reduce my hours I will be able to maintain bills as well. Super smart of you! I will apply once my final HESI scores are up! 

May will be here before you know it!

Yes I selected North Lake as my first choice and El Centro as my second choice. As far as bills go I’m going to save as much as I can and I’m trusting in god to get me through. I believe you will be fine things will work out for you. Which school did you select?

I'm doing the same thing with saving up! I will have to go part time but not sure if my job will permit so I may end up having to quit. I chose El Centro as 1st preference and North Lake as 2nd. Good luck to us all!!??
