Admissions to Fall 2024 Accelerated Nursing in Canada

World Canada CA Programs

Published

Hello!

I am currently a fourth year student in Ontario, and I decided to apply to a few accelerated nursing programs for next Fall. I'm hoping this can be a space to share where people have applied, when they receive acceptances, chat about the process/questions, etc. I've seen previous threads and think it would be nice to have one of our own!

I have applied to

Queens

Mac

York

UofT

Have a Happy New Years!

Congratulations to you toooo!!🥹 I'm sooo happy, but genuinely still so shocked too because same! My average for my last 5 credits was 81.6! I'm so excited to start😭 & we'll be in the same cohort☺️

Congrats guys!! So excited to meet everyone in September!!

I just got my acceptance as well!! So excited 😭❤️

Hey guys. For those who got UofT acceptances congratulations! If anyone can give me some insight, when did you guys submit your applications? Also did everyone get it around 9/10pm?

Hey ! Thank you ! I submitted my supplementary application on February 1st (I had some technical issues with the supplementary form that they were figuring out on their end for me a few days prior). I got my acceptance email at 8:02 PM. There are many more rounds to come, I wish you all the best, but I'm sure you'll do great🫶!

I submitted my application on January 31st and also received my acceptance email at 8:02pm! My GPA is around a 3.9, but I heard UofT does look a lot at the suppapp.

As She_Sciences said, there are many more rounds to come! One of my friends got accepted in the last round a few years ago 😳.Wishing you the best of luck, and I hope you get into the programs you want 🫶😊

Congratulations to all of you who got into UofT! Can you let me know the deadline for accepting your offer? That information could help me predict when the next round might be announced, which would be really helpful.
I've received and accepted an offer from Brock, but I'm still waiting for the results from the UofT😭

Thank you. The deadline is May 1 but I think there are several rounds of offers coming up. I also have acceptance for Brock BN/MN program but I would have to decline it for UofT.

Hi everyone! The official facebook group for grad 2026 will be up and running today!

Hi there! I submitted my application on Feb 1, got the acceptance at 8:02pm, and deadline to accept is May 1 as well. I did spend some time on my supplementary app (answered all the prompts) and GPA in last 5.0 credits was ~3.9. Hoping this helps and like others said, there are many more rounds to come and fingers crossed for everyone!! ❤️

I also received an offer last night! Super excited! 🥳

For those who got accepted to UofT, Congrats! Just curious, did your Join UofT portal change first or did you get an email first? Also, did any of you apply in October or November? (I.e., Early on)

Thanks!
