Hello! I just joined and couldn't find any other thread that had anything about admission stats or anything for Georgia Regents (formerly Georgia Health Sciences) and I am so nervous about getting into the BSN program, I applied with my first choice in Athens, and second as Augusta.. I have a 3.7 and got an 86 on the TEAS V and was wondering if anyone knew if that was competitive or what your stats were?!

Going to throw this out there again...any luck with cheap housing for anybody? I applied for on-campus, cheapest option i found, but just wanting a back-up plan. So if anybody is looking or knows any tips, that'd be awesome. I'm a quiet, easy to get along with kind of guy, and I'll be studying the whole time anyways ha! Thanks!

I was in Athens too... It's really sinking in now! I am nervous about many things. I wish they had done an "introduce yourself" part where we could hear everyone's name and background. But I'm sure we will all get to know each other very well over the next 2 years!
Yes, I suspect that is very true, especially in Athens because our class is so small :)
Does anyone know where to find the ISBN number for the textbooks? They said it would be on POUNCE but I can't find it.
The best I can tell there is only one ISBN number up for one of the classes. You have to click the CRN number and if it says syllabus available you can click that and the ISBN number will be listed under materials required, but only health assessment says that. We were told in Athens that they would get back to us with a list if they were not up yet, so we are just waiting.
I just talked to the bookstore here in augusta and from what she said the online book store (Welcome | ASU Bookstore) will be up tomorrow for Fall. Two of the books are already listed on the syllabus for health assessment and health promotion and nutrition. For the nutrition class there is also an online viewable version of the text book if anyone wanted to see how the book was laid out.

I'm going to the Augusta one. I'd be happy to take notes for you.
