Admission/Acceptance to Georgia Regents/Georgia Health Sciences

U.S.A. Georgia

Published

Hello! I just joined and couldn't find any other thread that had anything about admission stats or anything for Georgia Regents (formerly Georgia Health Sciences) and I am so nervous about getting into the BSN program, I applied with my first choice in Athens, and second as Augusta.. I have a 3.7 and got an 86 on the TEAS V and was wondering if anyone knew if that was competitive or what your stats were?!

HELLPPPPPPP :nailbiting:

Thanks so much JB. I have been studying the book and plan to not take the test until July or August. Do you know how many times one can take the test?

It depends on what program and who you take it with. Some schools have limits, GRU does not. I think that GSU will only allow you two attempts as will a lot of other schools. However, I believe that just means they allow you two attempts with them.

Keep studying, if you do the work you will definitely see the rewards!

Hey guys,

I will be attending the Augusta campus in the fall, and was wondering if anyone had a clue about orientation, textbook, getting scrubs and such...

I went on Pounce today and they said the financial aid info should be available by July 1st

Has anyone talked to financial aid or have any information about when they will process it?

So I went into the registration area of POUNCE today just see if they had started putting up class times and they have. It is only for the Main campus (Augusta) but it looks like you will have patho at 10:am-11:30am on Monday and Friday. Also, based on the numbers I see, it would appear that they took 40 for the Athens campus and 156 for the Augusta campus.

Can anybody help me out setup my email? Also, I haven't received the second packet after I submitted my contract.

You do use the same username and password. However, they have made the change to Pounce so have you tried to login there? I know several people were having trouble logging into pulse but could log into the other.

Here is the link to pounce: https://pounce.gru.edu/bnewu/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin

I know some of you got a status change but we have not heard what the end result was. Please share with us whether those of you who's status changed recently were

accepted?

I got another letter today with more details about POUNCE, immunizations, financial aid, etc.... I hope I am not too late on my immunizations; has anyone already done theirs?
