Hello! I just joined and couldn't find any other thread that had anything about admission stats or anything for Georgia Regents (formerly Georgia Health Sciences) and I am so nervous about getting into the BSN program, I applied with my first choice in Athens, and second as Augusta.. I have a 3.7 and got an 86 on the TEAS V and was wondering if anyone knew if that was competitive or what your stats were?!
HELLPPPPPPP
Hey Ladies! Look what just arrived in my email inbox!! (My admission status changed yesterday online to decision made).
We are pleased to let you know that you will be receiving a letter of official acceptance to our Inaugural Georgia Regents University Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program, beginning fall 2013. You are accepted to the Augusta Campus. The official letter will be sent via U.S. mail from the Office of Academic Admission within the next two weeks and will include any outstanding core requirements and/or other documentation needed for you to complete prior to matriculation. Several applicants have requested a different campus than what is offered. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, we are unable to accommodate everyone's first choice. If you accept our offer, this will be your assigned campus for the duration of the program as we do not have a transfer option.
Since this is a very busy time for the College with the end of the semester and continued admissions, please do not email us with questions or call the BSN Program Office or Office of Academic Admissions. Instead, save your questions and join us for a webinar on Monday, May 6th, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.
The details are provided in this link:
On May 6, return to this link at 3:20 pm. Type in First name, Last name, Email address and Event password: BSN
We truly hope you will accept your admission offer when the official letter and contract arrive from the Admissions Office and join us in being part of history.
Again, congratulations! We look forward to the scheduled webinar next Monday.
Sincerely,
