Accreditation questions

I apologize if this has been asked (I tried searching) or if it is completely simple and I'm just an idiot....can someone explain accreditation to me? Specifically the difference between being acen accredited vs ccne accredited? I'm looking at doing a program through my local community college and franklin pierce university to get my bachelors at the same time as I'm earning my associates. My main concern before applying for this is figuring out if my bachelors credits that I'd be taking through franklin pierce would be able to transfer to another college/university if I chose to go for my masters later on. I certainly don't want to waste my time doing classes that won't transfer, I'm not sure I want to go for my masters but I'd definitely want to have that option!

So far as I can tell, franklin pierce is accredited by acen as stated on their website, and searching on acen site confirms: Nursing | RN to BS | Registered nurse | Bachelor of Science Degree | NH | New England | Franklin Pierce University

But what does it mean to be accredited by ccne, which seems to also be through acen? My local university is accredited as ccne but not acen. My community colleges are acen accredited but not ccne. I'm super confused! Any help is appreciated to help me figure out if franklin pierce credits would transfer if I chose to do my masters! And again, I apologize if this is all a lot simpler than I realize.
