I am very disappointed and feel humiliated because i failed the TEAS. The college that had accepted me only take the first results for the test. The told me that I shouldn't apply there anymore. I was called on the 22 of December that I was an alternate and I should take the test before Jan 3. I did have enough time to order the book and do the review. In my life I never repeated any class and I have a good g.p.a on my science classes

No, there are I think about five different Nursing school exams. Including the NLN, HESI, NET,and the PSB. There are even multiple versions of some of these. For an example there is a version 4 and 5 of the TEAS being used at the same time. The Teas V covers reading compensation, grammar, spelling, basic math [fractions, ratios, roman numerals, percents, etc.] , chemistry, physics, biology, and some basic human anatomy.
OP. there has to be some other schools you can apply too. Besides most schools let you take the TEAS twice.

I suggest that you find out what the problem was with your TEAS performance and do some work to improve whatever weakness it revealed. Unless you address that weakness, you are going to have trouble with future tests and/or school classes that require you to use those skills.
You may be able to find some diagnostic and remedial services at your local Community College and/or some sort of for-profit learning center.
It means swallowing your pride and delaying your progress -- but will pay off in the long run as it will make you a stronger applicant, a stronger student, and a stronger nurse.
I wish you the best of luck in your efforts to become a nurse.
You know I got 66 % overall and the part that I failed the most is chemistry and physics coz I never did these classes before. I took TEAS version 4 and I am thinking to register for chemistry during summer. I am not good with assessment tests. I hope things will work out sometime. Right now I feel like I am useless and I wasted my time working hard on my pre-reqs to get good grades which are becoming worthless to me. I don't know if other colleges are going to accept me since I had already failed this one cause my TEAS transcript is messed up.

Many schools don't use TEAS. Either way, even if they get the TEAS scores they for sure will get your transcript which shows you hadn't taken chemistry or physics. They will not expect you to do well on a test including them if you haven't taken them.
I think your plan to take chemistry is wise. You might also study test taking skills. It doesn't have to be a class, there is a lot of info on the internet and in the library. Also, your academic help office (or whatever it is called at your school) will probably have notes and other information.
Your good grades are still valuable. They will still show up on your transcripts, and you will still have what you learned in the classes (both the content and the incidental thing learned because you worked at it).
