I still havnt recieved a letter either. Its really making me worry....

Hi,

Sorry. I'm a little late to the game. I've been lurking over the past few days, but am getting nervous and need to ask others who might be out there.

I have not received a letter so far. It's Monday June 13 and so I'm worried that means I haven't been accepted. If so, I'm wondering if others are in the same boat.

Congratulations to all who have been accepted so far.

My friend hasn't heard anything yet either... Don't give up hope! According to an email I got today from MEC, acceptance letters were mailed out Friday. They said if you haven't gotten yours yet, you will in the next day or two. Hopefully, you'll hear something tomorrow or Wednesday! *fingers crossed for you* :)

I keep telling myself its only taking longer because I live farther away......awwwwww. please please please.......

I just called them you guys use this link ! http://www.nvcc.edu/wdce/mec/classinfo.asp?ID=HLTH+1534

A friend of mine hasn't heard either... So you're definitely not alone!

Did you get an email today from the MEC about the Background Check and Drug Screening instructions? If you did, I'd think that would be a good sign and that your mail is just a bit slow in getting to you...

Good luck!!!

Hi, I just wanted to know if only you got the email or did all the students that got accepted were supposed to get it? I am still waiting and I don't know anything about my letter and I am really scared because I didn't receive anything yet. I am not sure if this means that I didn't get in or what? My GPA is 3.9, but my overall test score test is 80. Did anyone get into the program with such low score????? Congratulations to you.

I've gotta say, Inova's BLS for Healthcare Providers is $22 cheaper, and only 5 hours vs. 6.5 at NVCC. And for me, Loudoun Hospital is right next to me. I think I may take it though the hospital. It's not missing anything, is it??

I'd contact Mrs. Vito to double check, but the email I got back from her said we could take it anywhere, as long as it was AHA and satisfied the requirements...

It appears to have been sent to everyone that received a letter so far... At least from what I can tell from this website and from some people in my current classes. One of my friends didn't receive the email and hasn't gotten her letter yet. I HOPE that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Does anyone know how many people generally get put on the waitlist? Any idea how many of the waitlisted people tend to get in? Does anyone know how many applicants there even were this year? Sorry for all the questons! :)
