Has anyone heard when acceptance letters will be mailed out??
If you hear anything, please let everyone know!!
Wishful thinking is that I'll get something on Monday. But right this is our second time applying AND getting wait listed.it's so frustrating.[/quote']
Yes it is! I'm facing reality and taking the next steps to figure out why. Hopefully they will send out another round! But I'm definitely asking on Monday or Tuesday
One of my classmates got a phone call the night before orientation...just a few days before classes started. I believe I would have made the school eat that spot, but hey, she just finished her first year! Two more semesters and she'll forget all about being called at the last minute. I'm sorry you guys are dealing with this! It's not over 'til....! Fingers still crossed for all of you!

I really wish I knew how their selection process is weight. Do you get certain points for GPA, TEAS, previous degrees, wait listed from the year before, etc. I just wish I knew. It's all so confusing at this point. I will try to remain positive as the time goes on...
All I know is that you get points for everything...being a current student, being male, GPA (especially on the sciences), TEAS, how many times you have taken a class, whether you have a Bachelors already.... You get more points for A's then you would for a B (GPA all adds up, but they give points for A's.) I don't understand what the process of sending out letters and figuring out how many spots there are. I don't know why they want to batch them! Just send them out as spots are available!! I can tell you the program is wonderful, but somewhat disorganized at times. I think trying to do three campuses causes things to slip by until someone notices a problem. I just know I changed my major and started working in that field!
