Hello ALL!

I wanted to start a topic about ABSN program at CSULA for Summer 2018 and get some feedback about applying, stats, and more. I am looking to apply here and to other similar programs and I wanted feedback about your experiences.

I just express mailed my application in today... I hope it arrives in time. Didn't send in my TEAs yet because I just took it on 1/6/18.. Do you guys know how long we have to wait to get our results? I took my TEAs at CSULA.

@djpopstar You get your results right away since it's all done online. Login to your ATI account and check your scores if you haven't already. Youc an download a report for your score from the website.

Has anyone got a confirmation for their app yet? I mailed mine back in Nov and haven't heard anything.

@aykaykayk You should probably call the school! I received an email from the program coordinator the other day regarding my application. Maybe check your spam first?

@bruin2012 I've been mentally checked out from apps for the holiday season since mailing this thing in. Apparently some troubles with how I sent them my transcripts. Hopefully it'll get resolved soon. Cheers and good luck to all!

Hi all! I sent in my application January 2nd and haven't received a confirmation email yet. Hoping to get one this week.

Does anyone know what the interview process looks like? I know some schools do interviews in a sort of "round robin" where you spend a few minutes with each person conducting interviews. It also says online that there is a writing sample?

You should be able to print out your results on the TEAS website right away. Just download the PDF under "Download Report".

It looks like they started inviting people for interviews around 1/25 last year into mid February. Hopefully we'll start hearing back soon! :nailbiting:

Hi guys! Does anyone know if the interview and writing sample will take place on the same day?

All at the same time

Does anyone know if they are really strict on the 75% national percentile for all 4 subjects? Do they look at your individual scores for each subject if you don't meet the 75% national percentile for one subject but scored higher than 75%?

I didn't realize that was looked at. How do you know they use 75% as a criteria? Is there anything else you know about how they rate applicants?

If you guys don't mind, can you all share your stats ?

Now I am worried my application will get rejected because I don't meet one of the 75% national percentile... sighhh
