Abdominal pain

Anybody have any info. regarding LLQ abd. pain. We had a 16 year old in with this pain. CT negative - wt. loss of 5 pounds over 1 week - constipation alt. with diarrhea - LLQ pain persists - neg pregnancy - WBC o.k. - u/a o.k. - electrolytes etc o.k. - no temp -

Been out of country? Stool tested?

Any advice -

I just had a young female patient in with LLQ abd. pain and she ended up having a teratoma, which was located by a translady partsl ultrasound. I'm not giving medical advice, just telling you about my patient with a similar complaint. Hope you find out what is going on with your patient.
