AACC Spring 2012 hopefuls?

Hello fellow MD nurses!

I'm just looking to see if there are any prospective Spring 2012 students at AACC? I'm finishing up A&P2 this summer and will be putting my application in in the fall. Anyone take the TEAS yet? Any advice? I'll probably take mine in August when I'm done with classes so I can focus on studying for that as opposed to my other classes.

No we live in Annapolis.

I wouldn't recommend getting your CPR certification yet. If I am not mistaken I think it is only good for two years and you probably don't want to worry about having to renew it during the hectic nursing program. I am hoping they send the letters out sooner than they are saying!!! I am gettin impatient haha.

Hey everyone im glad to see we are all in the same boat! I didn't get to go to the orientation on wednesday because I had to work,but it sounds like they gave out a lot of info. So are they just going to send an email saying you are in and thats it until Oct?

I guess they are seining an email out at the end of Sept, bit the packets won't be sent out until mid-Oct.

I always thought I was the type of person that can remain calm when this situation would arise. Man was I wrong! I find myself on here constantly, just to see what is being said. I see other people on here too, did you guys know it says who's on this forum at the bottom of the page? Raise your hand if you are obsessed as well!

I've been checking my aacc email like every 5 mintues and every time I see a new email I get excited. I wish they would hurry up!

Me too. Ok well like I've said before, I'm just worried that I turned my app in just one day too late. Because you, klstaley, said that you were at the orientation on the 7th when the director said there had only been 60 some applicants so far. Well I turned my app in the next day, so hopefully I squeezed in just in time. We shall see!
