AACC Spring 2012 hopefuls?

Hello fellow MD nurses!

I'm just looking to see if there are any prospective Spring 2012 students at AACC? I'm finishing up A&P2 this summer and will be putting my application in in the fall. Anyone take the TEAS yet? Any advice? I'll probably take mine in August when I'm done with classes so I can focus on studying for that as opposed to my other classes.

First things first, I'm still waiting on my email saying my application is ok. It has been exactly one week.

U might just get an exceptance letter instead since you turned it in so close to the deadline.. It took them two weeks to give me an ok email..

FINALLY! The application deadline is here, and after today they can start sorting through and picking this semesters class, wait listed, and I do believe if they have enough people a start on the Fall 2012 class. Im hoping by some miracle they can get the emails or letters (whichever) our early!!!!!! I'm going crazy waiting!!!!

Glad to have yet another military spouse on board. Have you check into on post family childcare for your boys if you stay on Ft. Meade? I live in the Midway housing area on Fort Meade. Hopefully something will work out for everyone with childcare issues. But its good to know i'm not the only one getting anxious waiting for those acceptance emails to come out. Anyway, good luck everyone hopefully we'll hear something soon.

I live in Annapolis and my husband is stationed in Suitland, MD. We looked into the CDC at the naval academy base here in Annapolis but to qualify for it the spouse has to be either full time employed or a full time student (12 credits). Unfortunately AACC's nursing program is only like 9/10 credits each semester so it's not considered full time.
