I took my nclex this afternoon and i'm ready to lose my mind, ugh. I know it isn't the end of the world but it feels like it. I want to do the PVT but the site is under construction
I had lots of education questions too. Many SATA's (which I suck at) and many priority. I had NO auditory or click the area's. two put in order type.
I don't know ..I'm going to be extremely honest and say I did not study. I have an nclex book in my car and I did read it m-f while waiting 15 min in the car pool line at my son's school but that is it. I knew if I did I would drive my family insane w/ going into anxiety overload so I avoided it. Seriously. I was having nightmares about drugs and not knowing what diets are in etc..and I STILL didn't look that stuff up. Kinda makes me wonder if I'm a little psychic or psycho because I DID have questions over those 2 topics!! weird as it is..lol.
anyway. If I pass I'll be shocked. But I hope to. I went in feeling okay about what I knew even w/out studying. I did great on my Hesi Exit and decided to risk it. But even if I had studied...I would not have even thought to study the topics on that test and really would have been mad that I wasted time on subjects I knew well enough but didn't even realize what I should have. Make sense?!
I did the Pearson trick. Delivered Successfully and got the good pop up!! I'm hopeful now!
Goto the PVT page and follow the directions exactly as they say. You login with your same account information that you used when you scheduled NCLEX. I'm sure did fine Lifeofanurse, I thought I FOR SURE failed because I just knew I got the last atleast 5 questions wrong and most of my test besides the staff education questions were just BASIC KNOWLEDGE questions. I think I just proved it IS possible to have mostly easy questions and still pass! I can't believe I passed!!!!!! I just got my quick results back today and I passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:clpty:
Paid for my quick unofficial results.
I PASSED!!! OMG!!!!
PS: I also wanted to specify that while I did not study for the nclex...I did for my exit Hesi. I ate and breathed nursing for WEEKS...but had we not had the exit test I don't think I would have passed the nclex. Makes me rethink my opinion of the exit exams.

I got alot of STAFF education questions too!!!!! I was wondering if they are considered basic knowledge questions or difficult questions! Majority of my test was those!
