U.S.A. Arizona

I was recently out looking at new builds in the city of Maricopa when I came across a sign that read hospital site. Does anyone know who is building a new hospital out in Maricopa? I havent heard anything from Banner or CHC/ Abrazo but I am sure it is one or the other. Anybody know?

I cant tell you how close Maricopa is to Queen Creek but I do know that it is in Pinal County. I know that Maricopa is between phoenix and Casa Grande. Near Gila River reservation and I think wild horse? So im not sure? Thanks with a name and a company I can start doing some more research.

I was referring to this email you wrote.. And really just to give general information to everyone wondering why these little places were located.. I hope I did not offend you as your email kind of implies.. Just trying to help guide direction to these places so people could understand..Many people just don't know where they are.. And yes I answered some of your ques.. How far is Queen Creek to Maricopa.. Maricopa Is NOT in between Phx and Casa Grande... "so im' not sure" .. yes just clearing things up.. And ps- I have seen the sign too.. But that company website does not have any info about medical complexes/ or hospitals in Maricopa yet , they list a bunch of places all over so maybe if we keep checking their website we can find out more info on if and when they are planning to build a hospital..Hope that helped you..

The sign is on Porter Rd, between Walmart and Pacana Park, I'm a nurse too and it will be awesome to have a Hospital here in Maricopa :yeah:...

They have actually started getting the dirt area ready for the prospect. There was some talk about it at the hospital the other day too. Not sure how close it is to the design or build stages. But it would be nice!

Maricopa needs a hospital so badly!!! Especially with that deadly highway 347. Hopefully it wont take too long.

I am also planning to move to Maricopa from Atlanta and am currently and L&D nurse. Do you have any suggestions of hospitals that would be within commuting distance?

Thanks for your time!

Casa Grande which is very small and hardly ever hires, but about 30 miles southeast. Chandler Regional which is about 22 miles northeast. Its 16 miles to the interstate (I-10) and then from there, you can get to a majority of hospitals. A long communte is pretty much given for an L&D job.

Good Sam

Banner Desert

St. Lukes

all not too bad @ 30-40 miles from town... which without traffic I can get to Good Sam or St. Lukes in about 45 minutes.
