I'm handing in my application today. Entrance is determined only by an overall score out of 14 (no other factors at all!). I've got a 4.0 plus an 8.6 (86%) on my TEAS test to bring me to a 12.6. I've been told numerous times that this is a great score (even by the school advisors). I took the TEAS test twice to try and improve that 86 to a 90+, but no dice. I improved my science score by 25 points, but my overall score fell to 83.3%. If I had gotten a 90+, I felt like I would've been able to sit comfortably and go about a normal life for the next 2 months. Instead, I'm feeling really disappointed in my second score and my 12.6. I shouldn't though, my GPA is perfect and my TEAS subscores are all in the 99 percentile except science (86 percentile). This isn't that bad, though, right?

Do you know how many spaces are available in your program? Just try to remember that THAT many people would have to have done better than you. Which I doubt. Because your GPA is perfect and your TEAS score is great. Here's a quote from one of my favorite people, Corrie ten Boom. "Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength." Apply, wait, live. If you don't get in (which you will) you'll still have your life and your health. You can apply again. Just be happy that you're finally there!
