outstanding resource for anatomy and physiology related to the cardiac cycle. i do not recommend viewing this with a dial-up connection, there are many large files and animations to run.

requires shockwave software download. be sure to stop the animation and go frame by frame for a more detailed explanation of events. this is a wonderful tool for "putting it all together" as it pertains to the cardiac cycle.
