A&P 1: The Spring '05 Anatomy & Physiology Club

Ok the pressure is a little off here

My professor just posted the spreadsheet showing all her classes and our stance going into the lecture final via our SS ##

I have a 100.3% overall right now. I did calculations and of the 200 points the final is worth I only need 93 points to maintain my A. *WHEW*. So, while I know I will still study my bazongers off at least the pressure is off

I was also happy to see that of all her classes I have the highest overall score and I am not saying that to be conceited or whatever...but I consider this a VERY big milestone for myself...to think that 12 years ago when I "tried" college the first time I was more interested in following the Grateful Dead then I was at actually ATTENDING class...and now I have proved to myself what my "family" long ago forgot... I am smart and I am worthy and I CAN DO THIS!

That is great, BoonersMom! (Although I can't believe they still post SS#'s!)

Anyway, I know the feeling. I told my husband (after I finished my Dev Psych class with an A and I only needed to make a 36 on the last A&P 1 lecture test to make an A), "See, I'm smarter than you thought I was." He just joked around and said, "Yeah, you're one little smart cookie." (Which was funny b/c that was not like his usual manly talk lol)

It's a great feeling to proove it to yourself and everyone else! :)

Actually they only post the last 6 digits...so it's till your SS# just not with the starting 3 ##'s.

It sure is nice:) Good job YOU TOO!

My last tests are on Saturday, but I am not nervous this time since I got only A-s so far. (Best in class.)

lol...I wondered... It seems so many schools are not posting SS#'s at all, can't tell grades over the phone, etc.

LKG6 Congrats, and good luck! :) I had the same feeling, needing only to make a 36 on the last lecture. I just want to see the dang grade already....needs to be set in stone!!! lol

I'm so excited about it, and soooo glad it's over! I was so scared at the beginning of the semester because I have to have an A to even be able to apply.

Then I took on the 6week Dev Psych course at the end of the semester, and was scared again. lol

I am just relieved, and happy to know I have what it takes to apply. (Now if I can just make sure I have what it takes to make it through nursing school. lol)

We will be on the same thread for A+P 2 Fun...so that will be nice:). I know your class is shorter than mine...since mine is 11 weeks. I know you said you started off w endocrine...and I've BTDT so please feel free to ask if you have any Q's! I am sure I will be asking you TONS since you will be pacing faster than me!
