Hello :)
I am a incoming sophomore in Nursing school and I just had a question about A&P. I took A&P I and II last year and did fairly okay (B+ and a B-), and in the upcoming semester I will be going into patho and clinicals.
I unfortunately don't think I retained a lot of the information I would've liked over the summer from those classes and I'm a bit worried.
I just wanted to know if there's some kind of refresher video or games I can play before going into my upcoming classes? Or should I really not worry about forgetting some things in A&P because I just started my nursing school journey?
Thanks!

Hi NatashaDW,
A lot of pathophysiology books and nursing text books do offer a brief review of A & P at the beginning of the chapters. This should be enough of a refresher to get you through. You can also find some great youtube videos that describe or illustrate several concepts. Just be sure to locate reputable sources or fact check. I had forgotten a lot of things in A & P prior to nursing school, but picked a lot of that back up as I went and it's second nature now to the point I don't have to think much about it.
