Does anyone know any acronyms or cute sayings that can help someone remember the order in which blood flows through the heart and lungs?

1)Right Atrium

2)Vena Cava

3)Right Ventricle

4)Pulmonary Artery

5)Pulmonary Vein

6)Left Atrium

7)Left Ventricle

8)Aorta

9)Capillary Beds in Lungs

I usually use mneumonics and cute little sayings to remember things, but for cardiovascular physiology, you really need to understand and visualize the flow of blood through the system. It really helped me to draw it and explain it to someone. Good luck!

I drew pictures ALOT in A&P and I drew one for the heart over and over until it just stuck in my brain. When you can draw it and label it from memory it pretty much sticks from then on. Sorry I don't have a fancier way to remember it.
