I just found out last night that I will be starting with the September 1st Cohort at Western Governors University in Daytona Beach FL! I can't wait to start, but am a little anxious as to what the classes will be like. I'm hoping to use this thread to connect with others of this class (I think there are only 10 of us all together) or others already in the program at this location.
I have also read many threads full of questions asking what this program is like, with very few answers from current students/alumni. I plan to keep this thread updated on my experience and answer any questions that potential students may have. As the program is still quite small, it is hard to find an alum out there to talk with, especially one from a specific location. I want to be a resource for others to learn about the program as I am going through it. I know that WGU offers the pre-licensure BSN in a few different states, and I'm sure one's experience could vary greatly between different locations.
Also, if you already attend WGU at any location and could offer any advice for someone just starting, like me, that would be GREAT APPRECIATED!
