Mass Licensing

Anyone know just how speedy Mass. is in processing licenses by endorsement. I am looking at the possibility of going there in July and was wondering if it was even a possibility to have my license by mid July.

Thanks!!

It varies.

If you only have one or two licenses and they are with states that use Nursys or have efficient BONs, it will go quicker.

Mass requires license verification from EVERY state that you have been licensed. When I applied, I had held 6 different licenses, only two with Nursys, and some with notoriously slow BONs. The process took 4 monthes, because holdups from the other BONs.

I was going to say it wasn't too bad but I actually have never applied with endorsement..lol. I usually alot at least 2 months for licensing, though, regardless of the state. Good luck. Mass rocks. That's my home state.

I received mine in 8 weeks. They just need to have documentation from the state you are licensed in. You can make phone calls. But, they can actually take as long as they want.
