What TEAS score did you get & did you get accepted in the nursing program?

Nursing Students TEAS

Published

I took the TEAS exam this morning and got an adjusted individual score of 89.4% overall. I got a 97.5 on reading, 97.8 on math, 83.3 on science, and 83.6 on the English.

I currently have a GPA of 4.0 and I am taking the 3 prereqs for the nursing program now..which are English Comp I, General Psychology, and A&P I.

I have to attend a health information session tomorrow after which I can apply for the internal transfer into the (ADN) Nursing program out of health sciences-general studies.

I am super nervous about the whole process and really hope it all goes well. I am just wondering what scores everyone got on their TEAS and if you got accepted or not into your program.

Thanks!!

*Nervous Nellie*

For me to get atleast a 75 what would my individual scores be .I have the McGraw hills book and the secrets to the teas test pdf should I study any other books.

What are you individual scores if you don't mind me asking.

Reading: 83%

Math: 90%

Science: 70.3%

Grammar: 73.3%

I think my score will be good enough. I hope. I got an 83.3. I didn't study like I wanted too so with the amount of studying I was able to do for it I don't think it was too bad.

Reading 85.7

Math 96.7

Science 70.8

English 83.3

In order for me to get a 60% on the science how many would I have to get right since their are sample questions on the test.

Holy moly... teas version v was extremely hard! I scored an 85 on the version 4 and scored a 69.8 on version v! It would not be so bad if the clock wasn't staring at you the entire time. Best advice I can give is to study, study, study the study guide.... which is probably easier said than done because its over 300 pages and covers just about everything you have ever learnedfrom grade school through pre-reqs.. luckily for me the school I'm going to is accepting 90 out of the 120 people that were invited to take the test. The average score was a 62% so my chances are good, no? I will anxiously await for the next two weeks... wish me luck lol

I'm hoping to get into CSULB, CSULA, or SDSU for the Fall 2012 BSN program.

My scores are:

Adjusted score- 88.7%

Reading- 83.3%

Math- 93.3%

Science-93.8%

English-80.0%

Kinda lame how I got 27/30 correct on the English portion which is a 90% raw score, but weighted it turns into a 80% -____-

I took this last saturday 10/13/12

Adjusted Individual Total Score: 70.7%

ATI Academic Preparedness Level:Proficient

Mean - National: 64.3%

TEAS Reading 78.6%

TEAS Mathematics 73.3%

TEAS Science 70.8%

TEAS English 60.0%

I bought the book and skimmed over it. I will probably take it again since Capital in CT is really competitive. This seems like its on the low end compared to everyone else. I am really confused about my program because you need a 58% and the min GPA is a 2.7 but everyone is saying it's super competitive. I have an A or B in all my pre-reqs and I have around a 3.3 GPA. I am applying Nov 1 so we'll see. I am kind of in the dark whether I will get in or not!

I took it this Saturday

Adjusted Individual Total Score: 72%

Preparedness: Proficient

Mean - National: 64.3%

Mean - Program: 64.9%

Percentile Rank - National: 71

Percentile Rank - Program: 71

I am kind of all over the place with the specific sections:

Reading: 69%

Math: 96.7%

Science: 64.6%

English: 60%

I am SO ANXIOUS! I don't think this is gonna be good enough, I am applying to Bunker Hill in Charlestown, MA and hear that it's very competitive. I so wanted to start in the Spring. My GPA is 3.85.

This is nerve wracking :'(

Great job, wishing you much success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that good?
