MUSC ABSN Fall of 2015

I know this is still a little early, but I wanted to go ahead and make the thread so all prospective students could prepare. My credentials aren't nearly as good as a lot of people who have applied, but I felt like it was worth a shot since MUSC is my last chance at a BSN before I just do the ADN and bridge to BSN later on.

I should have right at a 3.1 at the time of my application. Made a C in Anatomy, a B+ in Physiology, and a B- in Chemistry. Microbiology will be in progress next semester, and I made pretty much As in every other non-science pre-req. I'm hoping that my volunteer and work experience will buffer my low GPA and grades :)

$485 to reserve your seat.... They give us 3 weeks to send it in and it covers records processing and some graduation fees.

Good luck randib07. I hated the wait but it was all worth it.... Can't wait to know who else will be in our class :) I just mailed MUSC the fee to hold my spot so I am all in.

I applied last week also! I had a couple re-takes so my GPA isn't as competitive as I'd like but I was a surgical tech in the Army and worked in the Veterinary field for years doing specialty surgery and emergency care.

AndreaSkoog did you try the VBSN programs also I got in FIU and the University of Southern Mississippi, I am sticking with MUSC since I don't want to move because of my son.... bTW Randi I got another form from MUSC stating that I would use a credit card to pay the fee...

I got into George Washington University but my husband is an active duty marine and we have 3 children so we are trying to remain close. Thank you! We are currently stationed in SC

Hey mocapoca I saw on another post that you were really the only one able to see the stats for semesters as far as how many applications had been turned in. could you possibly screenshot the fall 2015 application stats and post it on here please..

Hey there! So, I no longer work as an MUSC employee and as a result, I can't see the stats from home. I start school on Monday. If I am around a computer, which I'm sure I will be, and if someone sends me a message as a reminder, I will screenshot what I find.
