Wrapping Injuries

Do any of you wrap injuries? I'm brand new and have had conflicting advice given! A past nurse says she wrapped kids all the time while another said never to wrap because if it merits a wrap then the child should be taken home and seen by a doctor. Thoughts?

I should add that I NEVER rewrap something that a student brings in wrapped without a note from a Dr. If it didn't happen at school and I have no documentation from a physician then I consider that wrap just another accessory like jewelry.

I do not ever ace wrap at school, if it is that bad, they need to be evaluated.
