DIY forms/resources - what makes your job easier that might make ours easier:)

I noticed several posters have mentioned forms/items that they have made up to document or record events. Cattz just posted a form for reporting abuse that would be a life saver if you did not have a readily available source for documenting info. Does anyone have a handy resource they have made because you noticed a lack of it to post that they would like to share? I am starting a middle/high school job in a poor district and have not been really made aware of the depth of resources available to me. Please share if you have anything you have created to make our jobs smoother. Thanks!

Great idea.

I have a couple more that I will share that I find very helpful.

I work in small districts, and still prefer to keep my notes on paper. So, in 2 of my buildings Office Visit Record is what I use.

The Lice Tracking Sheet, can be tweaked easily to track a family unit in case there are more than 1 family member involved, and it is easier to keep track of them on one sheet.

Can someone make a FAQ Topic and we update added forms as needed? Would that even work?

This sounds like a great idea. But, sorry. I don't know if this is possible or not.

Thanks, Cattz! Those are really good ideas and I have saved them for future use. Anyone have any more to share?
