Does anyone have a daily med log as a word document to share? I have a PRN log and don't feel like re-inventing the wheel for a daily log.

perfect!! thanks Jessica A! I have an ancient piece of paper that is essentially the same thing but generations of xeroxing have rendered it to be useless!

I wonder if we could have a place where we share documents in this forum.

The forms that were here when I started were ancient also...and I'm always thinking of ways to make stuff better, so I have a TON of documents that I have created myself..I don't mind sending them to you if you would like. PM me your personal email address and I will send you some stuff of what I have. It would probably be easier to send over email than it would through here.

That was actually my only current need. I have most everything else in a digital copy but the idea of having to make a whole new med sheet and formatting a chart was not thrilling. I hate reinventing the wheel.
