Its good to know all the inputs from other folks. This program is about 50,000 for the 21 month program and 42,000 for the 15 month program. From what i understand, those numbers spell RIP-OFF!!! Im thinking about going to CCRI now since it only cost about 7 to 8 grand for the whole program...
OMG..that's disgusting that they are charging that much, simply horrible. It sounds like I was right...they are capitalizing on the desperate..not good for anyone, the students, and ultimately, patients.

i can understand everyone's concern for the program because of cost and accredidation and with that being said i have no doubt that the school will become accredited, as for cost, yes it is expensive but what private school isnt? it comes out to about 25000 a year which unless you go to a public/state school you going to be looking at the same price. when you take into account the EXTREME difficulty of getting into nursing schools now a days the price is worth it especially with the amount you make once you become an RN. If you have the grades and are a top notch student i would encourage going somewhere cheaper a 1oo% cause you have a good shot but not everyone is top notch adn they are very selective. I was at RIC last year as a transfer and unless i got probably in the range of a 3.2 or better i know i wont be considered. new england tech's nursing program was a godsend and i was accepted yesterday into the program and i could not be happier, i start nursing school next month. and one more thing i dont think anyone should bash the program because truthfully no one knows anything about it yet because its soo new, there is no way a judgement can be passed that it is not the best education, i am sure i will graduate with a great education

HEY! Congrats on being accepted! I did everything, they told me yesterday I was accepted, then called an hour later and made a mistake and said I wasn't I am on a wait list. Totally bummed. But if you don't mind me asking, what was your overall score on the NET ? I am just curious what the scores were of some of the people who were admitted. Congratulations!!
