suggestions for where to obtain a private loan beyond student loans?

Im getting ready to start my ASN this fall. Super stoked! I have a very steady job now, but unfortunately will need to quit as the schedule for my program is so mixed and random. I am absolutely okay with this though as school is my priority.

My question is, do any of you out there have suggestions for where to obtain a private loan beyond student loans? Obviously i know to check with banks, but wasnt sure if you went alternate routes, etc.

I would start your own thread to get more answers.

That said, go through your school to get public student loans. Private student loans are WAY more dangerous and costly (I know others can explain this far better than I).
