Need HELP printing Power Point

Can anyone please tell me how to print a Power Point presentation? My teacher puts her power point lectures online so we can download and print and use for study. I have downloaded the free power point softwear from the internet which allows me to view, save, and print presentations however, does not allow me to create or change.

I have saved and opened the slide show. The slide show takes up the entire screen. I right click and hit print. The print menu comes up. I need to print handouts but my print menu does not have this option. Everyone else is able to do this. Please help. Everyone else seems to be doing file>print. I have to right click.

Try going to file........print preview (it should come up with another view) up at the top it will say print what slides, handouts, etc. Select what you want then hit the print button. Hope this helps, it's how I print from powerpoint!

If you don't want to waste all that paper you can have 3 or 4 pictures per page.

Go to file- print. Then down towards the bottom it says click what- choose handouts. Then where it says slides per page, I choose 3 or 4, which then leaves room for notes. Check " pure black & white" then print.

Good luck!

Thanks for the help. I ended up going to a neighbors house that has the complete power point softwear in lieu of the power point reader and was able to print everything in handout form. I guess I will need to invest in some new softwear. Thanks again.

My printer times out everytime I try to do that. I guess it's the cheap HP my hubby bought on the spur of the moment when my more expensive printer went out. (He didn't want to spend time shopping, and btw his biz & my overprinting of pics & notes, we can't go w/o a printer for more than an hour. lol I told him to make sure he bought a flatbed scanner like I had. He came home with one that didn't even have a fax modem like the other one did. :uhoh3: )

My teacher does the same thing. Not the best from to read either. Gonna be a long semester in Hap2
