Medgar Evers College NLN 2017

Hi,

I'm hoping to maybe speak to anyone attending MEC and applying to the rn program. I just took the NLN and my score was a 121, I know it isn't great but what are my odds? This waiting game is killing me!!! Also if anyone has any info on how many students apply versus how many seats there are that would help too, the school is ok but they refuse to give any direct answers, all i get is do your best, its competitive. Anyway with any info please share. Thank you, and good luck

3.7 Gpa and 148 NLN

That's great! You are a definite shoo in, I don't think you will even have to be interviewed but that may just be rumor, good for you though! I wish we could just fast forward now, please keep me posted!

Does anyone know how many seats are available

Nothing is guaranteed with this school. I'm keeping my fingers crossed we all get our acceptance letters soon. Hoping we all get in. As for the seats... No clue how many honestly

Moflip of they don't accept you then something is wrong, . At other cuny school they will tell you exactly where u stand on the list, your gpa for the pre-requisite and the test score, unless they doing something else, why this long wait???

I get the feeling they're kind of disorganized. The school wasn't on probation a while back, I hope they got their stuff together.í ½í¸•í ½í¹í ¼í¿¾í ¾í´ží ¼í¿¾

I also checked their last spring and they looked like they had 2 classes with 25 students each

I know the program is being run differently starting this year. I believe it is 3 semesters now from what I'm hearing...and it may be a Jan start rather than an August start like previous years. I'm still hoping for an August start tho :/
