Hi,

I'm hoping to maybe speak to anyone attending MEC and applying to the rn program. I just took the NLN and my score was a 121, I know it isn't great but what are my odds? This waiting game is killing me!!! Also if anyone has any info on how many students apply versus how many seats there are that would help too, the school is ok but they refuse to give any direct answers, all i get is do your best, its competitive. Anyway with any info please share. Thank you, and good luck

Hi! I just got the letter to move on to the interview or information session. Just wondering if anyone who's been through it could tell me how the process is. What kind of math is on the test? What kind of essay questions? Are the interviews still group interviews or individual?

Hi, did you find out?

I am nowhere near where you guys are but I would like some advice. .I just started this spring and having difficulty choosing courses for fall semester 2019.I work fulltime and o to school fulltime. I was told I have to do bio 251 and chemistry which I am aware of which is just 8 credits. do I have to do both at same time I was thinking to leave chemistry for another semester. The other ae Eng212 cis 101 and others which I haven selected like art music pa ssc n soc..if someone could give me some advice I greatly appreciate

Take Chem by itself Professor Best is an awesome chem teacher, he can be sarcastic at times, but he really cares and offers extra help....take all of your prerequisites before you take the NLN that counts towards the decision process....try to get B+ or higher in your prerequisites......for the NLN exam aim at get getting higher than 100,.....115 and upwards....take ENG 150, Microbiology, the A&Ps, and Math 136.....go to the tutoring sessions if you need assistance....there is a print shop across the street from the library that has old math exams that can help as well
